Thanks for your answers❤️, everyone, and here is my version. I've been asked this question many times throughout my life, and my answer has evolved over the years. Five years ago, I would have said: "Being the best player on a losing team would allow me to continuously challenge myself and develop leadership skills. It's about setting a positive example and working to elevate the team's performance together." Two years ago, my answer changed to: "I’d rather be the worst player on a winning team because it gives me the chance to learn from talented teammates. Being surrounded by excellence can push me to improve and rise to their level." Now, my answer is: "I would rather be the best leader on a winning team.'"

Would you rather be the best player on a losing team or the worst player on a winning team?

No time for buts. No time for fears. Now or never. Pretend as if you don’t have all those buts. Enter the room with confidence. You will be persuasive only if you behave like that. We are advanced creatures but the way our brain functions is still primitive. It does whatever you program it to do. Say that you are smart your brain will do the rest.
