my tip for every goal on the list ✅affording lunch lmao ill take this category as trying to start making money and to do that just choose a skill and learn it , almost every tech stack , every framework , every language has a job market so stop procrastinating on learning "the perfect tech stack" and just start with one i know people making 100k+ a month with anything and everything from graphic resign to video editing , from react to svelte, from JavaScript to python , so just lock in and grind one or two ✅new phone if your phone is functional and doesn't affect your day to day life i don't really think an upgrade is necessary before you achieve the other goals on this list so don't go out buying an iPhone 15 pro max on your first paycheck , especially if it wont add value to your work ✅new pc if you're gonna actually do graphically intensive tasks then yes go for the maxed out pc but some of yall be buying RTX 4060 just to write some HTML so again , unless its a necessity and you face an issue with your current computer , i don't think maxing out rn is a must ✅vacation this is actually a good idea tbh , im working towards one too , saving and building a future is nice ofc but so is creating a lasting memory of your youth and you wont be this age forever, uk what they say , almost every rich person would write a check for their entire net worth just to be this young again, so have fun but dont go overboard , and dont get kidnapped in a strange land ✅new car i support this decision but , the one advice i would give is buy a used car over a new car honestly , a cars value depreciates by 20% the moment is touches the ground even if it has low miles , so if u wanna resell a car you bought from a dealership even like a month later , youll sell it for 80% of less so that seems like an un-necessary investment so get a used one but pay for a full inspection at a garage ✅new house per my knowledge , it is a really bad time to buy a house right now because the market is at an all time high prices and there is a lot of homes in the market but not ones that people can afford , a lot of real states are actually vacant despite building amazing apartments and houses because their prices have become unaffordable so i think its only a matter of time til they have to decrease these prices to attract customers or find another compromise , so buying at an all time high seems risky , especially since now the government is getting heavily involved with house rents and sells by taking upto 30% cut , so yeah i think its better to wait it out for a bit these are my personal takes and youre allowed to follow them or do whatever you like lol , these are just what ive seen in the market because i also have been trying to achive the goals , so just keep them at the back of ur mind
