“We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency,” the Court ruled.

JUST IN: AG Merrick Garland tells a group of black people at a Selma church service that he is working hard to halt voter ID laws because they are "discriminatory, burdensome, and unnecessary."
Assuming that black people can't get an ID is extremely racist.
"The right to vote is still under attack, and that is why the Justice Department is fighting back."
"We are challenging efforts by states and jurisdictions who implement discriminatory, burdensome, and unnecessary restrictions on access to the ballot, including those related to mail-in voting, the use of drop boxes and voter ID requirements."

JUST IN: The United States has dropped its first airdrop of humanitarian aid into Gaza as millions are facing starvation.
According to NBC News, three military C-130 planes dropped a total of 66 pallets with 38,000 meals.
Aid organizations however, say the airdrop is nothing close to the amount of food and supplies needed for people of Gaza.
Ceasefire negotiations are currently underway as Biden faces fierce backlash.

NEW: First Lady Jill Biden gets heckled by a pro-Palestine protester during a speech in Arizona.
“Jill, when are you and the President going to call for a ceasefire in Gaza?” the woman screamed as security hauled her out.
Joe Biden has been named “Genocide Joe” by many on the left for his failure to secure a ceasefire in Gaza.
Last week, Biden took a break between some licks on his ice cream cone to answer questions on a potential ceasefire.
“My hope is by next Monday we'll have a ceasefire,” he said before going back to licking.

JUST IN: Climate protester gets absolutely tossed after confronting Democrat Senator Joe Manchin.
The incident started when a climate activist called Manchin a “sick f**k” to his face.
The comment clearly seemed to irritate Manchin who quickly got up and confronted the protester.
“We just called Joe Manchin a sick f**k. We humiliated him in front of a herd of Harvard elites. He squared up. We held firm. Barbaric murderer, hideous fiend, he torches humanity and laughs,” the group ClimateDefiance said on X.
I wouldn’t call that holding “firm.”

+1NEW: Woman's head found in a New York park along with other body parts as police investigate whether or not MS-13 was involved.
Open borders have consequences.
A head was found in a Long Island park by a cadaver dog according to police.
Just hours earlier, police found two arms and a leg. Later on in the day the cadaver dog found a right arm just 20 feet away.
The left arm belonged to a man and had tattoos on it but the fingertips were chopped off so they couldn't be identified.
The other arm, the leg and the head all belonged to the same woman according to police.
The cops appear to have reason to believe that the deaths are related to the MS-13 gang who is active in the area.
The body parts were first discovered by a school girl.
It didn't have to be this way.

Donald Trump is talking about Laken Riley, a young woman who was killed last week by one of these migrants who crossed over illegally.

JUST IN: Donald Trump and Joe Biden arrive at the border in Texas at the same time.
President Biden was seen shuffling along with Border Patrol agents who needed to slow down so he could keep up with them.
Trump met with Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
Biden was accompanied by impeached Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.
