#dailypost Let’s be honest. Uzbekistan is not becoming a tourism hotspot anytime soon. I don’t think people are attracted to historical areas as much as we would like them to be. Local tourism is a great indication proving my point. Investment from abroad and expansion of business locally is the only way. But the hole in our budget, corruption, may put an end to this all.

I am seeing too many ads on car dealerships and houses in Tashkent, meaning that the competition is finally reached a state where prices will be decreased (I hope) Real estate bubble should blow up in a year or two.
