โOil rainโ was reported in Russiaโs Rybinsk after a drone attack hit the Temp oil storage depot in Yaroslavl region. The strike triggered explosions and a major fire at the Rosrezerv facility, with fallout from the burning oil site now observed in the city.
Satellite footage confirms 14 fuel tanks were destroyed, and at least another 3 damaged at the transshipment complex in Hrusheva Balka near Novorossiysk that also functions as an oil depot.
