II- What are the differential diagnosis of this presenting signs ? III- What’s the treatment of this case ?

8 years old boy came to you with two small , purple and painless masses overriding his Lt limbus , his parents said that this condition appeared in the other 4 months ago , but disappeared with Vasoconstrictive eye drops On examination -Slight vascularization surrounding the masses - Scanty mucopurulent discharge I- What’s your diagnosis ? II- What are the investigations you need to do to prevent recurrence of this disease ? III- What’s the treatment of this disease?

18 years old female presented with FB sensation , lacrimation , scanty mucopurulent discharge of one week duration On examination - Upper tarsal conjunctiva show yellowish follicles - Slit lamp : upper corneal vascularization and cellular infiltration I- What’s your diagnosis ? II- What’s the differential diagnosis of this corneal picture ? III- What you expect to find on eversion of upper lid ?

9 years old boy presented with red eye , scanty mucopurulent discharge of 2 days that glue lashes together On examination - Chemosis - Conjunctival redness I- What’s your diagnosis ? II- What is the name of sign “ lashes glue together “ ? III- How can you treat this patient ?

25 years old patient awaked on significant eyelids swelling to degree that he can’t open his eyes , there’s pre-auricular lymphadenopathy and temperature 38C . after 3 days he had copious purulent discharge I- What’s your diagnosis ? II- What are the complications ? III- How can you treat this case ?

20 years female came to outpatient clinic complaining that she is cosmetically bad appearance. on examination she had multiple painless swellings in lower eyelid and the lower eyelids is rolling outward I- What’s your diagnosis ? II- What are the complications of this disease ? III- How can you treat this case ?

Mother coming to you with 3 years baby , she said that the color of his eye isn’t the same since birth but became obvious during his 2nd year . Also right side of his face become red and hot in summer . Examination MRD1 : +3.5 , +4.5 Pupil size : 2mm , 4 mm “ normally pupil size is 4 mm “ I- What’s your diagnosis II- How can you reach your diagnosis ? III- How can you treat this case ?
