On the gin i made; its pretty good, very juniper forward, a bitch much even for my taste if i were to drink it as is but its probably fine for a gin and tonic once i get around to getting some tonic

should try making a knockoff one of these days, could get everything, though some things seem a tad expensive and id probably have to go get the spruce tips myself in spring anyone got any fun ideas on what to use in place of the secret ingredients?

they just put everything on their website, only hiding one sikrit ingredient
