Winklevoss Asset Services has submitted an S-1 registration to the SEC for a new Winklevoss Zcash ETF. The fund is designed to hold ZEC directly and intends to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker WINK.

🤠 Solana DvP Is Live
The Solana Foundation has unveiled Solana DvP — an open settlement standard designed for financial institutions. Built as an open-source, MIT-licensed protocol, it enables atomic transfer of assets and funds, ensuring both sides settle simultaneously. Trades either complete fully or not at all, with finality achieved in seconds, compared to the 1–2 days typical in traditional finance.
The protocol supports SPL Tokens and Token-2022, including extensions tailored for regulated asset issuers. Any two parties can use it, with a bank, custodian, or exchange serving as the settlement agent.
J.P. Morgan provided advisory input on settlement practices but did not build or endorse the system. Independent audits are finished, and the Foundation confirms it's ready for live capital. Private settlement capabilities are in the pipeline.
