01 We had a very detailed and long conversation about the protection and restoration of our energy sector, and the situation in the energy industry in general.
Prime Minister Shmyhal, the Minister of Energy, the military, and the representatives of energy companies. Now, after the Russian strikes, our energy sector has lost a significant part of its production. Time is needed to restore it. Much effort is needed to further develop the energy sector — the new energy sector, which will be able to function despite the threats of Russian terror. In addition, we are already preparing for the next heating season, which includes, in particular, scheduled repairs and preparation of nuclear generation. Therefore, there is a need for a very rational, thoughtful consumption of electricity again.
Both at the Government level and at the level of regional and local authorities, as well as at the level of energy companies, we need to ensure that the public is fully informed about how power cuts happen now, when there is a peak load, and why we need everyone to be conscious of their consumption.
Of course, we are working to provide Ukraine with more air defense protection. We are working with all our partners on a regular basis, and we are convincing them.

10 The front line faces a new stage of confrontation. Russians are massively using guided bomb units (GBUs)—old Soviet aerial bombs equipped with extendable wings and guidance systems. With such munitions, they destroy any fortifications and assist ground troops advance. Meanwhile, their Western analogue, JDAM, hasn’t been really effective. Still, there are several ways to solve this and counteract Russia's new strategy that already significantly impacts the front—but to do so, a move in response is to be made.

23 Summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 13:30:
▪️ In the Kharkiv sector, an enemy attack was repelled near the village of Starytsia. The invaders used aircraft to attack the areas of Harbuzivka and Bilyi Kolodyazh. Our troops are equipping the occupied lines and strengthening defence in the border areas of Kharkiv region.
▪️ In the Kupyansk sector, the enemy tried to improve the tactical situation near Vilshany, Ivanivka, Berestove and Myasozharivka. The enemy received a tough rebuff, the situation is under control.
▪️ Five occupants' attacks were repelled in the Siversky sector.
▪️ Our troops repelled 14 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector. The situation was the hottest near Novooleksandrivka.
▪️ In the Kurakhove sector, the occupants attacked 14 times, in particular in the areas of Paraskoviivka, Heorhiivka, Krasnohorivka and Vodiane. Near the latter, the enemy acted with the support of attack aircraft. The situation is under control.
