Eco Beach City: what we improved in September Your owner area • The whole portal is now available in Spanish, and the language you choose is saved across all your devices. • New "My status" page: what you still need to do, your payments with their bank reference, construction photos, resale and refunds, all in one place. • Your dashboard shows at a glance the total cost, what you've paid, what's pending and the progress. • Narrated video guide, in English and Spanish. • You can change your email and your photo, and correct your plot number while it's still pending. • We've loaded your plots into the portal from the signed contracts, and every owner with a plot is now a Founder. Documents and payments • Uploads up to 25 MB per file; larger PDFs are compressed or split automatically. • Drag several files at once, each with its own progress bar. • If something is rejected, you're notified straight away with the reason and a button to upload it again. • Download everything for your unit as a single PDF: contracts and payment proofs. • Each payment shows which bank transaction it was verified against. Support • Replies from the team reach you in full in your notifications. • Tickets are sorted into answered, awaiting reply and closed. • Before you write, we suggest answers from the FAQ. New for you • Free stays at Eco Beach City whenever there's availability: write to us 3 days in advance. • Referral programme: €1,000 or return flights to Indonesia for every friend who buys a plot and a home. • Pitch your business at Eco Beach City, with free land to set it up. This Thursday September 24, we’ll be hosting a live Zoom focused entirely on the Amoda upgrade process. Many of you are choosing to upgrade from your glamping unit to a Suite Cabin Studio with sea views, and this month we’ll be moving forward with these upgrades and finalizing the next order with Amoda. Amoda’s estimated timeline is approximately 2 months for construction, followed by around 1 month for shipping. During the Zoom, we’ll explain the entire upgrade process clearly, step by step, so everyone understands exactly what is required and can be fully prepared before the order is finalized. This is an important part of the next phase of Eco Beach City. Our goal is to continue expanding rapidly and, very soon, become the largest residence on the island in 2027, with 150 properties! Step by step, each space is evolving into a more refined home in nature, while preserving the sense of freedom and connection to Sumba that inspired the project from the beginning. 🌊 A new chapter is beginning in Sumba. This month, we completed all surveys and prepared the land to begin construction of 30 new beachfront units across three rows, for both early investors and new members of our community. Our goal is to surpass 50 units this year and become one of the island’s largest residential developments in the island.
