Moral Crime and Inner Peace Moral crime can destroy your inner-peace more than anything else. Story: Once upon a time, I was sitting on someone else’s bed, doing my work there for days. I ate food on that bed, worked, and made it my place of comfort. When that person returned, I quietly moved my things back to my own place and cleaned his space. But the moment he sat there, laying down, resting, trying to sleep, I felt uneasy. A strange guilt rose within me. I realized I had used his personal space in ways I would never use my own. My expressions toward him changed; deep inside, I felt morally wrong. Later after some months, I read Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky. The story mirrors this idea on a grand scale. In that book, a man commits murder, he was not seen by anyone, yet he loses his peace entirely. His punishment is not from society, but from his own conscience. I felt what Dostoevsky wanted to convey: "The moral framework is deeply ingrained in every human being. When we violate it, our consciousness becomes our judge and executioner." That’s when I also realized why many people lack confidence. One hidden reason behind low confidence is the violation of one’s moral law, the quiet betrayal of one’s own conscience. So here's a lesson for you: Never in life do something morally wrong, it will cost you a lot. No matter if no one is seeing you. Your own consciousness will punish you. -variable | #var429

Modern feminism is a sort of manipulation for weak women and men. I have always seen a civilized and well educated women wanting to live with a man of high standards. It's only that man who makes their life more beautiful. Such people are the good people of society. They know that they should have someone in their life. On the other side, I have seen weak, uneducated and uncivilized women, they fight for independence. They are the most depressed class of society. They will yell on social media and will corrupt young folk of women for independence. A true women always is in search of a man. With whom she can have fulfilling life and will make some love. You are not designed to be independent, it's a lie which makes life miserable. These days there uneducated famous girls on internet who brainwash girls for not living with men are from West or they are influenced from western idea.    In west most of such women are sluts, who sell their body to hundreds of men to earn livelihood. If body selling online platforms will stop working, most western independent women will loose their job. How shameful it is, that a beta woman comes and shows her body to the world, then gets some money. Loses interest in men. Lives life without kids to stop growing her generation, and continues living that unfulfilling life and tells other women that we don't need men. Take a minute to think about it. If men will stop working and will assign all work to women for a year, whole economy will collapse. Because most women can't handle that pressure which men go through at work. You might not realize it yet, but one day you will. So, to all the women reading this. Go and find a brave good man. But at the same time, men are losing that masculine energy. Men used to be protectors, but now they need protection. They are becoming more cowardly, which isn’t good for society. Genocide can never be defended. No matter to which religion, region, caste or gender you belong to. You as human can't defend any sort of genocide. Unfortunately there are people, who romanticize death of other common people. Throughout history, only common people got brainwashed by puppet masters. Common illogical people are the biggest weapons of those puppet masters who are in power. Finally I reached to a conclusion that why they don't teach real education. They teach you some outdated books in schools. Some theories which can never help you in life. The reason is, they never want people to become logical. Once you become logical, you start disobeying them and it's fatal to them. It's only a logical people who can protest those in power. Back then socrates was on a mission to open the minds of people. Unfortunately he was executed.          He used to walk the streets of Athens and engage in conversations with people from all walks of life: craftsmen, artisans, vendors, poets, politicians, and young people. All he did was ask questions, questions about their beliefs and where those beliefs came from. His crime was to make people rational. These days pople are so irrational that they love seeing people dead. I have seen thousands of people get encouraged for the death of other people who belong to different region or religion. From the past till the present, millions of innocent people got killed by some cruel rulers. Here are some facts where humans killed other humans: - The Syrian government under Bashar al-Assad killed its own citizens. 202000 people have been killed since 2011. Those people were the ones who wanted peace. - US invasion of IRAQ in 2003, killed 250000+ iraqi civilians. - Armenian Genocide: 600000+ Armenians lost their lives. There are a lot of brutal genocides which happened in the world and still some are happening. ◓ Israel has killed more than 10% of Gaza's population over the last 24 months. Which are more than 67,000 people. Most among them were children and women. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ If anyone among you loves to see death of other common people, just think about it, some farmer, some kid, some common person who has nothing to do with politics or other things, he gets killed without any reason. You should protest against those who kill innocents, but you support them, Pathetic. Logically, those who do genocides are inhumane and you people should stay miles away from them I have recorded a powerful rough audio note regarding this thing. ADHD - Curse to Humanity "Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder" This is a mental disease where a person isn't able to: - Focus for a long time duration. - Easily gets distracted. - Forgets to do what's supposed to be done. - Isn't able to manage tasks. This disease can happen at any time. It affects children, teens and even adults. Here's the harsh reality: ADHD has no cure. But the symptoms can be managed. This time ADHD cases are more than ever in the history of mankind. There are multiple causes behind it. But the biggest cause is: ◓ More people are developing an addiction to distraction. ◓ More people got affected by dopamine-producing digital technologies and online activities. These days I rarely see some young kid without a phone in his hands for continuously 5 minutes. People just scroll blindly without knowing what they are doing. - When a notification pops, they aren't able to resist for a second. They quickly check their phones. Inside of "VT CHALLENGES" We taught people how to do digital fasting. Because I believe all the people who once participate in VT challenges should be different than average people. ADHD can destroy your peace, relationships, memory etc. Here are some activities you need to manage: - Exercise: pushups, squats, walk/running, lift some weights. If you dedicate15 minutes daily to exercise, that's enough to maintain your body. - Diet : Prefer to eat homemade foods, avoid what's there in market. Junk food is tasty for tongue, but bitter for health. - Sleep: Manage sleep cycle and have enough hours of sleep. - Stress management: (Be so bold that if something goes wrong, don't regret, instead focus on not repeating that mistake). Don't be panic when things doesn't happen well. Instead focus on becoming better. You are the members of VT, and it's your responsibility to protect yourself from the curse of digital devices. Use them only when needed. Let me tell you something about myself. - I can live without a phone for days. - I prefer to use laptop, it doesn't distract me. - Sometimes I open my whatsApp after 3 days, and I see messages of people. Then I reply to them. The reason I don't respond quickly is that, I believe the people who have something important to share, they will call directly. And the people who are close to me, we do call instead of chats. Now I'm planning in 2026 to replace all my phone activities with my laptop. - Means my internet, whatsApp, telegram, emails and the rest of things will happen in laptop. Phone will be without internet and will be used only for call purposes.

Social media is more about destruction than creation of your lives. I never recommend any person to use social media. Except those who use it as a business. Because: - Most SM users are poor, they need skills to earn money. Social media isn't a place to learn skills, it's a place of distractions and comfort. - Most people lack real life friendship. Instead of spending time on social media, they need to go out and make some real friends who are not miles away. - Most lack confidence. Social media gives false hope with dopamine that they are confident. But when times become tough they aren't able to confront others in real life. - Most relationships & friendships on social media rarely go beyond superficial. - Some say, social media gives them a laughing therapy. But it lets you forget your pain and the actions you need to take to tackle the pain. It temporarily gives you pleasure. Instead of laughing on social media, go and solve your problem.
