Union को सिर्फ चंदा चाहिए हम सबसे। Department जितना अत्याचार करते है हमे उससे ज्यादा स्वार्थपर तो ये Union वाले हैं जिनको सिर्फ Membership से मतलब है।

बंधुओं 🙏 आज दिनांक 20/8/2025 को माननीय सचिव महोदया, डाक विभाग डाक भवन नई ‌एवं पोस्टल बोर्ड के साथ भारतीय डाक कर्मचारी महासंघ की मीटिंग हुई जिसमें जीडीएस के विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुआ 1- 8 वें वेतन आयोग में शामिल करने हेतु विभाग भी अनुशंसा करेगा, 1- 5 लाख ग्रुप इंश्योरेंस की संस्तुति पुनः भारत सरकार को भेजने पर विचार हुआ 2- विभागीय कर्मचारी जैसी मेडिकल सुविधा की फाइल पुनः स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय को भेजा जाएगा, 3- SDBS की सीमा 2 लाख 50 हजार का सर्कुलर एक सप्ताह में जारी होगा, 4- शारीरिक रूप असक्षम जीडीएस को ट्रांसफर में विशेष रियायत संबंधित आदेश एक माह में जारी होगा 5- IT 2.0 के कारण delay जीडीएस ट्रांसफर पोर्टल अक्टूबर 2025 में खुलेगा , 6- हड़ताल में भाग लेने के कारण 12/24/36 फाइनेंसियल अपग्रेडेशन से वंचित जीडीएस को यह लाभ मिलेगा इससे संबंधित पत्र यथाशीघ्र जारी होगा , अन्य विषयों पर भी चर्चा हुई वास्तविक रूप में मैंने अनुभव में पाया की विभाग की मानसिक अवधारणा यह बन गई है की वर्तमान में जीडीएस को सब कुछ दे देंगे तो 8 वें वेतन आयोग के आलोक में क्या देंगे , हमने जो संकल्प लिया जीडीएस जीवन में बदलाव के लिए वह सभी के ईमानदार सहयोग,प्रयास और समर्पण से ही होगा कोई अकेला कुछ नहीं कर सकता आज एक सप्ताह में न्यू जीडीएस ट्रांसफर पोर्टल को लेकर मेरे ह्वाट्सएप और ईमेल पर एक सौ से अधिक मैसेज भेजा है जबकि इनमें से एक भी जीडीएस हमारे यूनियन का मेम्बर नहीं है ऐसे लोग यूनियन से स्वार्थ वश संपर्क करते लेकिन यूनियन निरंतर काम करते रहता है सफलता सबके सहयोग में निहित है जैसा सहयोग होगा सफलता वैसा ही प्राप्त होगा, वंदे मातरम्, दिनेश कुमार राय, राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री, भारतीय ग्रामीण डाक कर्मचारी संघ/ बीएमएस

*Flash news* *Dear Brothers and sisters* A delegation of BPEF, 9 affiliated associations and BGDKS was held with Hon'ble Secretary posts, DG Posts, Member (P), Vigilance officer, DDG(P), DDG(Estt), Director (GDS), Director SR regarding the 41 charter of Demands for more than 3 hours. The following are the outcomes circulated herewith for the information to all the members. Detailed official minutes for 41 charter of demands will also be circulated by the department within this week. 1. Order will be issued for a separate job profile to include business /target activities also as one of the work load to each official so that the BD and Non BD activities also will be accounted in our work load for establishment review. 2. Department will review login day instructions to come up with clear instructions stop harassments in the name login day on daily basis 3. In the case of reemployed ex service man, DOPT approved to Department to make Administrative Decision to sanction pay fixation at Directorate level. So the chairperson assured to issue administrative instructions very shortly 4. DG - D.O letter No INV-17/18/2021-INV was already circulated to all the circles to recover the fraud loss only from the main and cooffenders and to stop illegal recovery in the name contributory negligence.(DO - Copy will be shared to all members) 5. In case of GDS substitute arrangements, a detailed clear cut order was already issued to settle the issue of combination of duties to GDS at other offices 6. For LSG, HSG II, HSG I officiating arrangment and higher duties and responsibilities, officiating pay sanction with illustration and SOP will be issued from the Directorate shortly to avoid exploitation of Postal, RMS, Admin wing supervisory staff 7. Department has promised to fill up 4 Supdt Sorting posts in RMS and 4 AD Recruitment posts in Admin wing within 2 months time. It is a big achievement of today's meeting 8. For AAO, 10% Seniority quota to the senior accountants, secretary will send a DO letter to the cadre controlling authority DOT to amend the AAO RRs with 10% Seniority quota . 9. Chairperson assured within 2 weeks to circulate the administrative powers of LSG, HSG II, HSG I officials of Postal RMS Admin wing vide Volume III and Gazetted order dated 27.8.1990. 10. Since Postal cadre restructure was taken place 9 years before next review of Postal wing also will be taken up by the Postal Directorate to award HSG I nfg to all HSG I officials before 8th Pay commission. 11. Financial power of the Divisional Head will be delegated to some extend to the HSG Supervisors to meet our the local expenses without prior permission from the Divisional Heads. 12. 2 years - One time service condition relaxation promotion to HSG II& HSG I file is in final stage of approval. Within two months all vacant HSG II HSG I posts will be filled. More than 3000 officials will be benefited shortly. 13. Due to implementation of HSG I posts work load reduce was discussed in detail and Directorate agreed to give instructions to post HSG I and HSG I nfg officials as IDC incharge. 14. Examination for Postman/Mts/MG cadres will be held 31.8.25 to fill up the acute shortage so that rule 38 pending transfers will be effected shortly.
