In light of these reports, I seek the following information under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005: Kindly confirm if any rule, regulation, order, or circular exists that empowers a Subdivisional Inspector (Post Offices) to withhold the salary of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) employees on grounds of not meeting assigned targets. If such a rule, regulation, order, or circular exists, please provide a self-attested copy of the same. In the event that a Subdivisional Inspector (Post Offices) possesses the authority to withhold GDS employee salaries for not meeting assigned targets, please provide the following: a. Details of the maximum permissible percentage of a GDS employee's salary that may be withheld under such circumstances. b. Details of the maximum duration for which such salary withholding may be imposed. c.
