Please refer to this office letter No. 17-31/2016-GDS (Pt.I) dated 22.05.2025, whereby the upcoming
Rule-3 Transfer Cycle scheduled in the month of May-June, 2025 deferred till the roll out of IT 2.0 solution by
CEPT.
2. The matter has been reviewed by the Secretary (Posts), and now desires to commence the Rule-3 Cycle
w.e.f. 01.07.2025, keeping in view the Engagement process and Rozgar mela. Therefore, it is requested to
provide the timelines/Schedule of Rule-3 Cycle along with the timelines of the preparatory exercise for the
same for further approval.
With reference to the trailing mail, I am directed to inform that the email dated 03.06.2025 on the
above subject may be ignored, and further action may be taken as requested in this office letter 17-31/2016-
GDS (Pt.I) dated 22.05.2025.
