Owing to the problem of Counter Submit account, Counter Shift End followed by Treasury Day End on 11.09.25, offices that remain pending for completion of the work by today, i.e., 11.09.25 should not try to complete the process on 12.09.25 (Sunday) because that will impact accounting at HO.
Pending Counter Submit Account, Shift End and Treasury Day End may be completed on 13.10.25 (Monday Morning before starting that day's work).
Please remember, your one mistake will cause pain to many.

Dear All,
the issue in Submit Account has been addressed, where there is no money order/cod transactions involved. In offices, where there are MO/COD transactions, the issue shall be resolved in next 15 minutes. However, it is to inform that the offices can do the submit account either tomorrow or Monday as well. In such case, the booking figures will reflect in the DTR of Tomorrow/Monday along with the transactions done on those days.
