यदि कोई व्यक्ति KiyuGraphix की PSD Files, Cartoon Backgrounds, Trees, Houses, Buildings, Characters या अन्य Digital Assets को Modify, Edit, Recolor, Resize, Redesign या किसी अन्य तरीके से बदलकर इस्तेमाल करता है, तब भी हमारे मूल Copyright-Protected Elements पर KiyuGraphix का अधिकार बना रहेगा।
हर Designer का Trees, Houses, Backgrounds और अन्य Graphic Elements बनाने का अपना अलग तरीका, Design Style और Creative Process होता है। हमारे द्वारा बनाए गए Original Designs और उनकी विशिष्ट कलात्मक अभिव्यक्ति Copyright के अंतर्गत सुरक्षित हो सकती है।
⚠️ महत्वपूर्ण चेतावनी:
यदि किसी Modified या Edited Design में KiyuGraphix का कोई Copyright-Protected Original Asset या उसका पहचान योग्य हिस्सा बिना वैध अनुमति इस्तेमाल किया गया पाया जाता है, तो हम उसके विरुद्ध Copyright Complaint या YouTube Copyright Takedown Request दर्ज कर सकते हैं।
केवल Color Change, Editing, Modification या Redesign करने से किसी दूसरे के Copyright-Protected Asset पर स्वतः अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं हो जाता।
हालाँकि केवल एक जैसी Design Style, बनाने की तकनीक या सामान्य Trees और Houses जैसे Ideas पर हमारा विशेष Copyright नहीं है। कार्रवाई वास्तविक Copyright Infringement और लागू लाइसेंस शर्तों के आधार पर होगी।

1. आपके पास वैध खरीदारी का प्रमाण है।
2. आपका License Certificate उपलब्ध है।
3. आपके YouTube Channel का आवश्यक Verification पूरा है।
4. आप अपने लाइसेंस में निर्धारित Channel और उपयोग की सीमाओं का पालन कर रहे हैं।
5. आपने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को बिना अनुमति Assets Resell या Distribute नहीं किए हैं।

KIYUGRAPHIX – OFFICIAL COPYRIGHT & LICENSE VERIFICATION NOTICE
This is an important announcement for all YouTube creators, animation artists, customers, and subscribers using digital assets created or owned by KiyuGraphix.
Our Cartoon Characters, Animation Backgrounds, PSD Files, FLA Files, Background Bundles, and other Digital Assets are protected by applicable copyright laws and licensing terms.
🔴 1. Unauthorized Use of Digital Assets
If you are using KiyuGraphix assets without a valid license or authorization, copyright enforcement action may be taken.
This includes:
- Receiving our assets for free from unauthorized individuals.
- Purchasing our assets at a lower price from unauthorized third-party sellers.
- Downloading or sharing files through unauthorized Telegram groups, WhatsApp, Google Drive, or other platforms.
- Using another customer's License Certificate.
- Reselling, redistributing, or commercially sharing our assets without permission.
⚠️ We may submit a copyright takedown request to YouTube for infringing content. YouTube may issue a Copyright Strike if a valid takedown request is processed.
🟠 2. Mandatory License Certificate & Verification
Customers must complete the verification requirements specified in their license.
- Purchase digital assets through our official website.
- Obtain your License Certificate after purchase.
- Complete the required YouTube Channel Verification.
- A Single-Channel License is valid for one YouTube Channel only.
- Each Single-Channel License may be verified for one designated channel.
- Additional channels require a separate license or written authorization.
🔴 3. Registered Email & WhatsApp Verification
Verification requests must be submitted using the Email Address or WhatsApp Number registered on the License Certificate.
Requests from unregistered contact details may be rejected until ownership and purchase details are verified.
Unauthorized asset usage may result in copyright enforcement action. Verification rejection alone does not automatically result in a Copyright Strike.
⚖️ 4. Legal Action Against Unauthorized Sellers
Unauthorized resale, copying, distribution, or commercial sharing of copyrighted KiyuGraphix assets may result in legal proceedings under applicable laws.
Relevant provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, may include:
- Section 51: Copyright Infringement.
- Section 52: Statutory exceptions to infringement.
- Section 55: Civil Remedies, including injunctions and damages.
- Section 63: Criminal penalties for knowing copyright infringement, where applicable.
- Section 63B: Knowing use of infringing computer program copies, where applicable.
KiyuGraphix reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies, including compensation for proven losses, subject to applicable law.

सभी YouTube Creators, Animation Artists और हमारे Subscribers को सूचित किया जाता है कि KiyuGraphix के सभी Cartoon Characters, Animation Backgrounds, PSD Files, FLA Files, Bundles एवं अन्य Digital Assets कॉपीराइट और लाइसेंस नियमों के अंतर्गत सुरक्षित हैं।
हमारे Digital Assets का उपयोग करने वाले सभी व्यक्तियों के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमों का पालन करना आवश्यक है।
🔴 1. बिना अनुमति Assets इस्तेमाल करने पर कार्रवाई
यदि आपने हमारे Background Bundles, Cartoon Characters या अन्य Digital Assets का उपयोग किया है, लेकिन उन्हें हमारी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से नहीं खरीदा है और आपके पास उपयोग का कोई वैध लाइसेंस या अनुमति नहीं है, तो आपके विरुद्ध Copyright Complaint दर्ज की जा सकती है।
यह नियम निम्नलिखित स्थितियों में भी लागू होगा:
- किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति से हमारे Assets मुफ्त में प्राप्त करना।
- किसी Third-Party Seller से कम कीमत पर खरीदना, जिसके पास बेचने की अनुमति नहीं है।
- Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive या अन्य माध्यमों से बिना अनुमति Files प्राप्त करना।
- किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का License Certificate इस्तेमाल करना।
- बिना अनुमति हमारे Assets को Share, Distribute या Resell करना।
⚠️ ऐसे मामलों में संबंधित YouTube Channel पर Copyright Takedown Request भेजी जा सकती है। वैध शिकायत पर YouTube द्वारा Copyright Strike लगाई जा सकती है।
🟠 2. License Certificate और Verification अनिवार्य
KiyuGraphix से Digital Assets खरीदने वाले सभी ग्राहकों को अपने लाइसेंस की शर्तों के अनुसार Verification पूरा करना होगा।
- खरीदारी हमारी Official Website से करें।
- खरीदारी के बाद अपना License Certificate प्राप्त करें।
- Certificate को अपने YouTube Channel से Verify करवाएँ।
- एक Single-Channel License केवल 1 YouTube Channel के लिए मान्य होगा।
- License Verification एक निर्धारित Channel के लिए केवल एक बार किया जाएगा।
- दूसरे Channel पर Assets इस्तेमाल करने के लिए अलग लाइसेंस या हमारी लिखित अनुमति आवश्यक होगी।
ध्यान दें: केवल File खरीदना या Download करना, लाइसेंस में निर्धारित उपयोग की सीमाओं को समाप्त नहीं करता।
🔴 3. Registered Email और WhatsApp Number Verification
License Certificate में दर्ज Email ID और WhatsApp Number का सही होना आवश्यक है।
Verification Request केवल Certificate में Registered Email ID या WhatsApp Number से स्वीकार की जाएगी।
यदि किसी अन्य Email ID या WhatsApp Number से Verification Request आती है, तो सुरक्षा कारणों से उसे Reject किया जा सकता है।
ऐसी स्थिति में ग्राहक को पहले अपनी पहचान और खरीदारी का वैध प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
⚠️ केवल Verification Reject होने पर स्वतः Copyright Strike नहीं दी जाएगी। लेकिन बिना वैध अनुमति Assets का उपयोग पाए जाने पर Copyright Enforcement Action लिया जा सकता है।
⚖️ 4. Assets बेचने या बाँटने वालों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई
यदि कोई व्यक्ति KiyuGraphix के Copyright-Protected Digital Assets को बिना अनुमति बेचता, कॉपी करता, साझा करता या Commercial Distribution करता हुआ पाया जाता है, तो उसके विरुद्ध लागू भारतीय कानूनों के अनुसार कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
संबंधित कानूनी प्रावधान:
- Copyright Act, 1957 – Section 51: Copyright Infringement से संबंधित प्रावधान।
- Section 52: कुछ विशेष परिस्थितियों में अनुमत उपयोग और अपवाद।
- Section 55: Copyright Infringement के लिए Civil Remedies, जिनमें Injunction और Damages शामिल हो सकते हैं।
- Section 63: जानबूझकर Copyright Infringement या उसमें सहायता करने पर लागू आपराधिक दंड के प्रावधान, जहाँ कानूनी शर्तें पूरी होती हैं।
- Section 63B: Computer Program की Infringing Copy का जानबूझकर उपयोग करने से संबंधित प्रावधान, जहाँ लागू हों।
उल्लंघन साबित होने पर उचित कानूनी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से आर्थिक क्षतिपूर्ति, निषेधाज्ञा तथा अन्य उपलब्ध कानूनी उपचार की माँग की जा सकती है।

🌍 5. International Users और Unauthorized Distribution
KiyuGraphix वर्तमान में अपनी Digital Assets की बिक्री केवल निर्धारित देशों या क्षेत्रों के ग्राहकों के लिए उपलब्ध कराता है।
हमारी अनुमति के बिना किसी प्रतिबंधित देश या क्षेत्र में Assets का वितरण या पुनर्विक्रय करना लाइसेंस की शर्तों का उल्लंघन हो सकता है।
