1. Ctrl + C / Ctrl + X / Ctrl + V: Copy, Cut, Paste respectively.
2. Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Y: Undo / Redo.
3. Ctrl + A: Select All.
4. Ctrl + S: Save.
5. Ctrl + F: Find.
6. Alt + Tab: Switch between open applications.
7. Windows Key + D: Show desktop (minimize all windows).
8. Windows Key + L: Lock your computer.
9. Alt + F4: Close current window or application.
10. Ctrl + Esc: Open Start Menu.
