Seems so devastating to witness! Living in a rural area has always been a challenge, especially for those hoping to achieve something worthwhile in education, business, or other opportunities. I'm no exception. This isn't about complaining how learning is hard or being ungrateful for my resilience. I want to acknowledge how education often falls to the bottom of people's priorities. Everyone seems busy with their lives, just trying to survive, and that's understandable to some extent. However, I can't stand parents who don't care at all about their children's studies (my mother is an exception, thank God). They don't even appreciate their kids' achievements. Maybe they were brought up that way, I don't know. A lot of students at my school don't even know what they want to do in the future, which is probably true for many high schoolers.
