It works on 4G best and with max speed, as for stability, telecel connection had always been even in the times of the internet interruption some weeks back.
What you need to know about the 4G requirements.
When you are using normal data, of course, your connection is just from Ghana here, and you prolly may even be closer to a tower(network pole). But when on a file, your connection for every initial connection is through telecel gh, then to the server which non is based in Ghana.
Hence , good network connectivity is required, and connection to the server needs to be established really quickly. So with you 3g or 2g, which is a slower form, you can't establish a connection.

WHY FLEXI BEFORE CONNECTING?
The server we use is virtual [simply put cloud hosted].
Hence, little amount of data is needed to connect to it.
If say you buy once, connect and use like 2gb or even 20mb before it disconnects, understand you flexi 2mb couldn't have magically reached that 20mb.
That is a client-side issue, not server sided. So you just have to get 0.03p flexi again.
