Tips for Success:

1.Keep a notepad to jot down distractions and return to them later. 2.Use apps or physical timers if needed (e.g., TomatoTimer, Focus Keeper, or Pomofocus). 3.Customize the work/break intervals if 25 minutes doesn't suit you.
