Congress violated the Constitution in 1951 when they put term limits on the President. The Constitution does NOT give Congress the authority to do so. To amend the Constitution it takes: 2/3 of both Houses Or 2/3 of State Legislatures Then Ratification requires: 3/4 of State Legislatures 3/4 of Conventions When President Trump kicked the power back to the States in March 2020… That’s when they could have amended. Even though the 1951 “ratification” was a violation period. Dear Democrats: Whether you support Joe Biden or not, please realize that it was not your vote that put him in the White House and it will not be your vote that keeps him there. For 12 years, your vote has been ignored by your own party. In 2016, when it became apparent that Bernie Sanders would become the Democratic Presidential nominee, the DNC paid him off, convinced him to drop out of the race, and proclaimed Hillary the nominee. Your vote did not factor into that decision. In 2020, the DNC pressured all Democrats running against Biden to drop out of the race, making him the nominee. In 2024, they forbade all opponents from running against Biden and made him the de facto nominee on day one. Going back to at least 2012, you have not had a say about who your presidential candidate would be. Democracy is where the vote of the average person affects the outcome. Your party is not a democratic institution. It's an aristocracy, where a handful of elites call the shots. Donald Trump is not a threat to your democracy. The DNC is the biggest threat to democracy today, and the RNC is right behind them.

Here's a partial and growing list of excuses being given for the Democrats' sudden realization that Joe Biden has dementia: - Democrats assumed it was a right-wing conspiracy theory. - Biden's top aides hid him in a protective cocoon, so nobody saw his decline. - Biden could still read a teleprompter, so they assumed everything was fine. - Jill Biden refused to let staff into the White House residence. - All videos showing creeping senility were just edited "cheap fakes." This is either one of the most extraordinary cases of willful ignorance, cognitive dissonance, or Washington CYA you will ever see. I suspect the latter. But, if you are genuinely surprised to realize Joe Biden is senile, maybe it's also time to reconsider your view of Donald Trump and ask yourself: How many lies have you believed about him?
