This study is conducted to investigate the influence of eating habits on the academic performance of PNU foundation year of health college students. We would like to inform you that there are criteria in order to be able to participate in this research study, which are: You must be a student at PNU. You must be in the foundation year of health college student. If these criteria fits, we will be grateful to include you to participate in this questionnaire. You will be asked questions for determine the influence of eating habits on the academic performance of the foundation year of health colleges students at PNU. Your participation in this research is completely voluntary and there are no risks associated with this questionnaire. All information will be confidential and will only be used for the propose of research study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of anxiety symptoms among DPY students, identify potential factors associated with increased risk of anxiety symptoms and to determine the relationship between anxiety symptoms and academic performance among DPY students.Your participation in this research is completely voluntary and there are no risks associated with this questionnaire. All information will be confidential and will only be used for the purpose of research study. -It will take about 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
