A Nigerian woman identified as Nancy, who reportedly works as a commercial sex worker in Sekondi, has alleged that she was assaulted by a client on Friday night. Speaking to Connect FM’s Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson, Nancy said the client agreed to pay GH¢50 for a short session and took her to his residence. She explained that after the agreed time had elapsed, she told him she was exhausted and could not continue. According to her account, the client then demanded a refund, which she refused, stating that the service had already been rendered. The situation reportedly escalated when he attempted to seize her mobile phone and subsequently assaulted her. Nancy has since reported the matter to the Sekondi Police, who issued her with a medical form to seek hospital examination and treatment.
