my depression has been consuming every little thing from my body, and I hate that, it affects me, my work, my hobbies and my social life. And I think this is very important

I honestly am tired of my sad routine. I get tired of drawing quickly, which means that I can get burn out easily and that means no art for days, even, and that affects commissions too. I want to do art in a healthy way. My health is not good at all. I eat, but not like a healthy person would, without giving much detail. and my hygiene.. let's leave it there. it's terrible. so I really want to change everything, I want to start my journey to a good and healthy life, mentally and physically.

hey, guess who's going back to therapy after many years of being scared of it. I finally had a conversation with my mom (very short, since she really doesn't stop me from going to therapy; in fact, she really wants me to go), I told her that I want to go to take care of my mental health on a proper way more than just be by myself, and I think this is a very important step of my life that maybe you also have to know <3 If I feel better, that will mean I'll also be a lot faster in art, and will be able to improve in a healthy way - which makes me very happy :3 !!!
