1.Wonât the coc class be overlapped with our tight freshman course schedule ?
â
Although it is clear that your freshman course schedule is very tight, the Havan Coc preparation center is located at AAU. As a result, Havana Coc Preparation Center is fully aware of everything that occurs at AAU. In essence, we won't provide you a class when there are midterm and final test seasons because we will be teaching you in accordance with your freshmen schedule.
đAbove all, we urge you to perform well on your continuous assessment, which makes up roughly 60% of the grade for the majority of subjects.
2.Will the class be on-line for the entire semester?
â
As we have indicated in our first round orientation regarding Havan coc preparation (audio and text) roughly 85% class will be on-line. This is due to the fact that, even if we are capable of offering the lesson in person, students from different campuses won't be able to attend. due to the fact that there are more than 11 campuses that provide freshman courses to AAU students. So, it is impossible for all of the students to attend the class on the same day in a specific campus. đThis means, we are not limited to using online classes as an effective method. We want to reassure you that we will have get-together days where we will meet you on one of the Addis Ababa University campuses, share our experiences with you, offer advise, instruct you in special classes, conduct mock interviews with you, and so on.
3.When will the class begin?
â
We have an advanced system to provide you the lectures. The time you will be spending with us will be amazing. As we stated you earlier we are familiar with the entire fresh man journey till the date of the coc exam in AAU, since we all were on same path once up on a time. The time is yet to think and get obsessed of the coc exam. You all need to take care of your GPA, continuous assessment..... đwe will give you the guarantee of the coc related issues.
đ As we have mentioned you, our schedule contains three sections. Beginning from the next week we will be begin off our first phase, knowing that it is also part of the coc exam preparation. So students who are registered so far will be getting the first phase services from our highly educated instructors. Those students who are registered will find themselves on another private telegram channel that is prepared for them.

Here are some of the information's you need to know about last year's intake system of Med school at AAU.
More than 800 students took the entrance exam last year( for MD and DMD). Out of those, around 150 students joined medicine and 30 students joined Doctor in dental medicine.
đThe exam consisted of two parts, written and oral.
â
Students who passed the medical school entrance exam were selected by their GPA and entrance exam result. Entrance exam(grade 12) were given 20% proportion(GPA-50% & Entrance exam-20%) in 2013 batch. however it was different in last years case(2014 BATCH), both GPA and UEE result weight was equal i.e 35% each, out of 70%.
then the written exam which you're going to take will have 20% value and the interview will be taken out of 10% .( â
30% which makes the biggest difference among candidates)

Regarding affirmative action 5% was given to females over males.
In the last two years the interview was after the written exam.
so what Havan CoC exam preparation will deal with is on the last 30% part, which makes the biggest difference among the candidates. this means we are not saying, we will merely focus on the coc exam part, rather we will guide and provide mentorship for our trainees so that their GPA makes them competent.
