🟢Liddle's #syndrome:( hypokalaemia + hypertension Liddle's syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder that mimics hyperaldosteronism, resulting in hypokalaemia associated with hypertension. 🟢Bartter's #syndrome is an inherited cause (usually autosomal recessive) of severe hypokalaemia due to defective chloride absorption at the Na+ K+ 2Cl- cotransporter in the ascending loop of Henle. It should be noted that it is associated with normotension. 🟢Gitelman’s #syndrome   is due to a defect in the thiazide-sensitive Na+ Cl- transporter in the distal convoluted tubule. It is associated with hypokalaemia and normotension.

Turner's syndrome * webbed neck * Low Hair line * Widechield Chest (Wide separated nipples) * Winging scapulae * Low set ear * Highly suspect Turner syndrome. #CV_abnormalities_in_turner's #syndrome:_ Congenital cardiac abnormalities are described in approximately one third of these patients. These abnormalities are mostly left heart obstructions, the most common of which are:_ *bicuspid aortic valve (16%) and *coarctation of the aorta (11%). *dilitation of ascending aorta *The most feared complication is aortic dissection with around 2% N.P:_ *Hypertension (HBP) usually essential, affects up to 50% of patients with Turner's syndrome. This is an important risk factor for cardiovascular complications and justifies aggressive treatment.
