hey A2SV communities do i need a faster internet connection while solving problems at hacker-rank ? it throws me a time-limit execution exception, so do you think that an internet connection matters for it ? consider i wrote the code with optimised line of code with slow internet connection.

I would think, yes. You can use the data structures and algorithms if they already exist. Interview questions are more about conceptually solving the question and coming up with the right solution in the given time than just implementation. And yes, you might be asked to implement the entire thing without using any library support, but still python would be your best bet even for that. As I said, there's lot's of tools and shortcuts in python that straight up simplify the process of implementing any solution/algorithm.
