I have been working as a speaking mentor in VISION 2.0 for the past 6 days and during that period I noticed there is a huge room for improvement in most students' pronunciation. Here are the most important ones to learn: 1⃣➖🅰 sound. Students from Uzbek or Russian-speaking backgrounds might use a vibrated "R," and it makes them sound a bit weird. Through this you tube link you can get to know how this sound has to be pronounced. 2⃣➖🅰🅰 sound. Due to the absence of this sound in Uzbek pronunciation students face a big challenge while learning how to speak, with pronouncing words "think" as "sink" and "this" as "zis." Yet, we can put an end to that problem by watching this video and practicing the sound. 3⃣🅰 and 🅰 sounds. Students often confuse the "W" and "V" sounds due to the differences in pronunciation between their native languages and English. For example, they might say "would" as "vould" and "wear" as "vear". Watch this video for learning "W", watch this one for "V", and lastly watch this video to know the difference between these two sounds. 4⃣➖🅰 sound or SCHWA sound. The schwa /ə/ is a mid-central, relaxed, and unstressed vowel sound. It appears in unstressed syllables and can be represented by any vowel letter in written English. Watch this great video by Emma and master the sound. 5⃣➖🅰🅰adowing. Shadowing is one of, if not, the most effective to improve your pronunciation. Here is the list of speakers to imitate. Well now all of my childhood punishments have become my adult goals: eating vegetables, staying home, having a nap, going to bed early.

Some people think that the best way to succeed is to get a university education, while others disagree and say that it is no longer true nowadays. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
Discussions on success are common nowadays, and people often debate about the most important factor that helps one achieve their goals in life. It is claimed by some that university education is what determines whether a person becomes successful or not, while others believe that it does not hold promise anymore these days. Although it is true that university education is still relevant, in some cases, I believe it is not the most important formula for success. Admittedly, those who possess university credentials have an upper hand when they first enter the job market in comparison with those who do not, since they naturally have accumulated industry-specific knowledge and experience during their academic years. According to the statistics, graduates holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree can earn twice as much money as those with only a high school diploma. This would not be true in some countries, but, in general, it is the case in many countries. This, in turn, proves the fact that university education does help a person succeed, provided that success is measured by one’s earning money. Apart from a monetary benefit, higher education is not limited to academia. In other words, university time is the period when people build a strong network with one another. As a rule, university assignments encourage students to work collaboratively, leading to hot discussions and useful interaction among peers, and this is crucial when one joins the job market since a successful career often involves cooperation. Therefore, these aspects of university education play a role in one’s success. However, it should be noted that studying at universities is becoming prohibitively expensive nowadays. In the US, say, an average tuition fee consists of about $30,000 per person, an amount of money that those with low-income backgrounds cannot afford. Even if they manage to pay it, other expenses such as dormitory, books and supplies, and health insurance can become a financial burden to the student, leading one to do labor work to cover such expenses. In such cases, students might be derived from the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in university education and find themselves burdened with debt. Furthermore, what helps one accomplish aim in life is perseverance and hard-work, I believe. When individuals plan thoroughly and have a clear vision of what they have to do, the likelihood of success increases. An epitome in this respect can be seen in Cristiano Ronaldo – a sports figure who has come from an underprivileged background. The reason why he is widely regarded as one of the greatest sportspeople of all time is his hard-work and work-ethic in his sphere. Thus, hard-work is what leads one to success in life. In summary, even though university education helps one gain success in some circumstances, like financially, I strongly believe that hard-work is what yields success in life. 470 words potential score 7.5+📝 #task2

This morning you helped a friend in a difficult situation, and tomorrow evening you are given a bonus at work. You gossiped about your colleagues, and then your loved ones talk about you behind your back. You helped grandma cross the road, and then you won the competition you wanted so much. You judge someone else for their actions, and your child does the same. Everyone in this world gets what they give. But there are moments when the world does not respond to our good deeds and we think: “What did I do to deserve this?” This is a test of whether you did all this for yourself (because you really wanted to), or for the sake of the response of other people. Honesty and sincerity are something that cannot be faked
