Looks like 3 impacts for now. 2 at/near the S-300 plant in Vyshneve (southwestern Kyiv). 1 near CHP-5 Thermal Power Plant (southern/southeastern Kyiv).

The alarms sounded after the impacts. Some radars detected them as they were over Kyiv, but most seemed to have not detected anything. It's possible that the Iskanders were targeting the S-300 plant that got hit 2 days ago.
