NETANYAHU SAYS ISRAEL DOES NOT YET KNOW WHETHER IRAN WAS INVOLVED IN INCIDENT - FOX INTERVIEW ...
was an American academic and feminist activist, best known for her 1976 book The Mermaid and the Minotaur. Drawing from elements of Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis, particularly as developed by Melanie Klein, Dinnerstein argued that sexism and aggression were both inevitable consequences of child rearing being left exclusively to women.[1] As a solution, Dinnerstein proposed that men and women equally share infant and child care responsibilities.[2] Her theories were not widely accepted at the time they were published.[3] Dorothy Dinnerstein was a feminist, expressing her position by stating that “it's easier for women than for men to see what's wrong with the world that men have run".[3]
Remain in hell, bitch
Jews throughout all Libya waged "most violent wars," that Libya remained so depopulated that Hadrian had to import colonists; that Egypt, Cyrene, and Thebaid were convulsed by bloody seditions; the Jews were crushed in a pitched battle at Alexandria; and they destroyed Salamis in Cyprus after killing all its inhabitants.
Reminder that the only complete extermination of populations in the Mediterranean was the SECOND JUDAIC WAR, in which the Jews exterminated the local populations, the Greeks, and the Romans. The Romans had to import people to repopulate, for example, Libya (Cyrenaica) and Cyprus, because the Jews had exterminated everyone.
Antisemitism was born from the Second Judean War.
After that, the defeated Jews in the majority converted. In the same way that in the three preceding centuries they had successfully converted in the main cities of the Mediterranean. The Jews had spread for three centuries by converting, just as the Christians did later.
But in 115 AD they suddenly attacked the local populations, exterminating them, and after that there was "antisemitism".
Cassius Dio, Roman History 68.32.1–3 (via Xiphilinus; Loeb/Cary translation):
Trajan thus departed from there and soon afterward fell ill. Meanwhile the Jews in the region of Cyrene had put a certain Andreas at their head and were destroying both the Romans and the Greeks. They ate the flesh of their victims, made belts from their entrails, anointed themselves with their blood, and wore their skins for clothing; many they sawed in two from the head downward; others they gave to wild beasts and still others they forced to fight as gladiators. In all, consequently, two hundred and twenty thousand perished. In Egypt, too, they performed many similar deeds, and in Cyprus under the leadership of one Artemio. There, likewise, two hundred and forty thousand perished, and for this reason no Jew may set foot on the island, but rather, if one of them is driven onto the shore by a storm, he is put to death. Among those who subdued the Jews was Lusius, whom Trajan sent against them.
This is the entire passage from Dio. What Dio adds compared to other sources is the Cypriot leader Artemio and the subsequent ban on Jews landing on the island.
Eusebius, Ecclesiastical History 4.2.1–5 is the most complete account for Egypt and Cyrenaica:
In the eighteenth year of the reign of Trajan a rebellion of the Jews again occurred, resulting in the death of a great many of them. For in Alexandria and the rest of Egypt, and also in Cyrene, as if they had been stirred up by some terrible and vehement spirit, they rose in seditious actions against their Greek fellow citizens. The insurrection grew very serious, and the following year, while Lupo was governor of all Egypt, it turned into a war of no small magnitude. In the first encounter the Greeks, who fled to Alexandria, defeated the Jews, imprisoning and killing those who were in the city. But the Jews of Cyrene, deprived of their help, continued to plunder the land of Egypt and to ravage its districts, under the leadership of Lucua. Against them the emperor sent Marcius Turbo with a force of foot and horse and a naval squadron. He waged war on them for a long time and fought many battles, and killed many thousands of Jews, not only those of Cyrene but also those who lived in Egypt and had come to the aid of their king Lucua. But the emperor, fearing that the Jews in Mesopotamia would attack the inhabitants of that province, ordered Lucius Quintus to clear the province of them. And he, marching against them, killed a great multitude of those who lived there; and because of his success he was appointed governor of Judaea by the emperor.
Eusebius is the source for Lukuas as "king", for the prefect Lupo, for Marcius Turbo's land and sea campaign, and for Lusius Quietus in Mesopotamia and then in Judaea. His Chronicle separately states that the Jews destroyed Salamis in Cyprus and killed its inhabitants.
Appian, Civil Wars 2.90, who writes as an Alexandrian and lived through those events.
Appian says that in his time, when Trajan "was utterly exterminating the Jewish people in Egypt," the Jews demolished the sanctuary of Nemesis that housed Pompey's tomb "for the needs of the war." He also recalls narrowly escaping capture by Jewish fighters himself in the Nile marshes.

Treasury seasonality points to further weakness ahead:
The median monthly return on Treasuries during October was -0.71% between 2016 and 2025, the 2nd-worst monthly performance of the year.
This is only behind September’s median return of -0.86% over this period.
By comparison, November recorded the strongest median monthly return at +0.69%.
Meanwhile, the 10Y Treasury Note futures are down -2.85% so far this month, on track for their worst September performance since 2022.
At the same time, global government bonds are down -2.1%, putting them on track for their worst September performance since 2023.
History says Treasuries are likely to face more pressure.
