35 According to Mike Davis, the BIDEN DOJ’s sole reason for bringing this case against Trump was to get his copy of the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE MEMO….. so I’m gonna go out on a limb & predict NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS.
Trump’s mission was accomplished:
the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE MEMO was obtained in a court-approved raid, & is now LEGALLY ADMISSIBLE in a court of law. Which means, if needed, it can be used as evidence in any of TRUMP’S cases— GEORGIA, FLORIDA, DC or NEW YORK.
Also means it’s might’ve already been used as evidence in Trump’s SCOTUS PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY CASE. ⚖️
But optics-wise, every Trump case can’t go to SCOTUS & win— would make SCOTUS look politically bias & corrupt. Instead, maybe the NY case will be Trump’s first step towards rebuilding confidence in the Judiciary Branch???
The final ruling on guilt or innocence won’t change the fact that an important precedent has now been set— a former President was indicted, arrrested & CHARGED.
