Right now you're in THE best time to live the life you want. Anything is possible for you, you've just been taught to be a coward. Look around you... Everyone takes the easy route. Hoping for some better fantasy life in the future. A fantasy which never becomes a reality. Saving what little money they can, instead of aggressively making more. Consciously take on more stress. Demand more from yourself in a shorter time frame than ever before. Because up until now, you've wasted your life. And only you can do something about that. I cannot remember a single day I’ve woken up and not felt “stressed”. Otherwise known as - responsibility. Duty. I have things to do, important things. “Stress” is LIFE. It bothers me zero because I was built to perform. A stressless life - is a manginess existence. Listen here, you're only here one time... There are no do-overs once you die. IT IS TIME TO GET SERIOUS.

The age of 15-30 is golden era of your life. You make friends, lose them too. You make mistakes, correct them too. You fall, you fail, you learn, you realise, you hit reality, you fall in love, you get hurt too. You lose yourself and eventually you become stronger. Remember! These are the best years of your life. You should understand the difference between enjoying it and ruining it.

Instead of putting the activity in your calendar, put “why you are doing it”. Example: Excercise can be scheduled as getting ripped or living longer.

Everything starts with how you feel about yourself. Feel worthy. Feel special. Feel deserving of the best in life. Those who seem to have the best in life are no different than you. And you can also feel different by believing yourself to be deserving of the best.

Nothing ever happens without action. No action, no progress. No progress, no growth. Get started today.

Don't disappear for 6 months. Eliminate the things that don't contribute to your growth and happiness again. If you go from one extreme to the other, you will get burned out. You won't make progress and you won't change anything. You'll face resistance to change. And you'll make it about how people see you. Don't do that. You'll slip back to your old habits. Instead, gradually improve your surroundings and habits. Change small things, one by one until everything is different.

If you don’t give your mind a problem to solve, it will create one for you. START DOING! You can’t think your way of overthinking. You need to do something. The only thinking you need to be doing if you are struggling with overthinking is: Ask yourself, "What’s one thing I can do today, to take a step towards my goal?" Write that down and go do it. Don’t spend any more time in your head thinking about how to get rid of overthinking because of that won't help, you have been doing that for a while, right?

Just because a lot of people are doing it, doesn’t mean it’s right. The crowd is often stupid. Always think and act on your own thoughts.
