The majority of people have completely abandoned: - Physical activity - Cooking regularly - Reading actual books - Going for walks in nature - Spending time with family - Writing tasks & feelings on paper It's no surprise mental health is at an all-time low.

Man spends time studying how other people are trying to manipulate him, but he never bothers to see how his very own mind is manipulating him all the time. And this is precisely what the mind wants. It is satisfied, at peace as long as focus is directed away from it.

A man without a purpose is like a leaf in the wind. _____________________ Until you find your purpose and give it your all, nothing else in your life will make sense.

Learn a bit of everything, but master one skill thoroughly.

Do you want to live peacefully and happily in life? Reduce these three things: - Stop indulging in other people’s affairs. - Reduce the number of friends you have. - Stop telling people about your plans. People are jealous.

Improve the quality of your life: - Learn something new daily. - Stop apologizing for being yourself. - Practice setting your boundaries daily. - Avoid gossip and cultivate real friendships.

If you can't deal with failure, it is perhaps safer for you to remain average and maintain your sanity.

Cultivate interesting hobbies. If you have two men who are both dressed well, displaying great posture, and clean appearances, the one who will “win” the social game is the man with the most interesting hobbies and ideas.

You cannot build lasting self-confidence when your happiness is solely external.

When you start your day without a clear plan of action, you’re starting with a handicap. Write out your plan for the day the night before and review it first thing in the morning to prime your brain and remind yourself exactly what you need to accomplish and why.

Challenge yourself to do something seemingly impossible for a short amount of time and you will walk away with more mental toughness than you’ve ever had before.

One of the HARDEST things you can do to build your mental toughness is to meditate. Sitting down for 5–20 minutes and doing NOTHING is way harder than it sounds.

Always try to use people’s names in conversation. Drop their names casually and regularly without overdoing it. This is a simple subconscious hack that will make others like you more and make you seem more attractive.

In any social situation, your goal should always be to do about 20% of the talking and 80% of the listening.
