I then sought treatment from an experienced male dentist, and Alhamdulillaah, I got the best treatment. Considering the sensitivity of dental treatment and the involvement of nerves, is it permissible to seek treatment from the experienced male dentist when a female dentist is available but has previously caused harm? This is while observing proper ḥijaab and the male doctor would allow a maximum of 2–3 people in the room, so there is no khalwah. جزاكم الله خيرا السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته شيخ لقد تلقيت سابقًا علاجًا لأسناني عند طبيبة أسنان، ولكن للأسف تسبب ذلك في ضرر أكبر. ثم لجأت للعلاج عند طبيب أسنان ذكر ذي خبرة، والحمد لله حصلت على أفضل علاج. وبالنظر إلى حساسية علاج الأسنان وما يتعلق به من أعصاب، فهل يجوز لي أن أتلقى العلاج عند طبيب الأسنان الذكر ذي الخبرة في حال توفرت طبيبة أسنان ولكنها سببت ضررًا من قبل؟ مع مراعاة الحجاب الشرعي، ويسمح الطبيب بوجود ٢-٣ أشخاص كحد أقصى في الغرفة، فلا توجد خلوة. جزاكم الله خيراً Answer shaykh Abdul Ghani Al omari وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته It’s permissible. If a Mahram is present with you, and this action is due to dire necessity then it’s permissible.

Is that allowed? السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أريد أن أبيع بعض الأغراض لكنها ليست معي الآن. صديقتي ستعطيني إياها بعد أن أتم عملية البيع، لأنني أريد أن أبيع عبر الإنترنت. أو يمكنني أن أجعل الزبائن يأخذونها مباشرة من مكانها بعد إتمام البيع. فهل ذلك جائز؟ جزاكم الله خيراً Answer shaykh Abdul Ghani al Omari Wa alaykum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. This is not permissible; it is not lawful for a person to sell what they do not own. However, a person can act as a broker (middleman) between the seller and the buyer—between the owner of the goods—and take a fee for their brokerage. May Allah bless you, and this is how it is.
