Interview RFCL Management trainee(mechanical) There were 9 members in the panel one was female. Mine interview was focusing on the working of nuclear power plant, because I have done summer training from NPCIL. Question 1: What kind of reaction is going on in the sun(fission/fusion)? Question 2: What is the principal working cycle in nuclear power plant? Question 3: What are the main losses in the pump? Question 4: Explain rankine cycle(working)? Question 5: What is precipitate hardened Stainless steel and its uses? Question 6: Different types of boilers and specific uses? Question 7: What is the main difference between nuclear PP and Thermal PP. Question 8: what kind of turbine is used in nuclear PP? Further...why there is always impulse reaction turbine but not only reaction turbine and explain what is reaction and impulse part separately. Question 9: Is there any part which is affected by cavitation in this process and explain this phenomena why it happens? Thank you very much 🙏
