I would appreciate your prayers. I've been flat on my back for 2 days with muscle pain. It's so painful it takes my breath away. Hurts to reach, cough, sit lay....makes me cry! I don't know what I did other than sleep in wrong position. (?) Anyway, nothing I do helps. I didn't take my garbage out because of it. I'm gonna try and pray thru the night. I'll look up, if I can find it, the prayer St Teresa of Avila used to St. Joseph. I think she had back problems.
