🧚Insertion of cusco speculum
1. Choose the suitable size of speculum.
2. Warm the speculum before use (usually with warm water).
3. Encourage woman to take a deep breath during insertion and relax her
muscles.
4. Separate the labia with the thumb and index finger of left hand.
5. Oblique insertion of speculum with right hand.
6. Opening the blades of speculum to visualize the cervix.
7. Lock the screw adjuster.

اهم حاجه ف الدخول اننا بنعمل oblique الاول وبعدها rotate 90 درجه وبعد كدا بتفتح blade واخر خطوه بنقفل ال adjuster
عند الخروج بنبدا تعكس من اول اخر خطوه ف الدخول
يعني بفتح adjuster وبقفل blades وبميل وبخرج
