Ototoxiccity :- 1-antibiotic : trat sever infection in the abdomen or urinary tract . eg. gentamicin,streptomycin, amecycin,topramycin 2-NSAID : Asprin,ibuprofen decloclac 3-Chemotherapy : Cisplatin 4- loop diuretics: Lasix 5- macrolide antibiotics:- treatment of pneumonia and otitis media eg. Azithromycin
