- Manage the end-to-end transaction dispute lifecycle, including chargebacks.

Fraud & Chargeback Specialist
📍Cyprus or Latvia
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end transaction dispute lifecycle, including chargebacks.
- Handle disputes through card network platforms, including Mastercom and Visa Resolve Online (VROL).
- Monitor transaction activity to identify suspicious payments and emerging payment card fraud trends.
- Liaise with merchants to investigate flagged transactions and verify their legitimacy.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on confirmed fraud cases and incoming disputes.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on matters related to fraud prevention systems and payment card disputes.
- Review and onboard prospective partners' websites.
- Develop, maintain, and update internal departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in fraud prevention, payment card disputes, or chargeback management.
- Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules and requirements.
- Hands-on experience with fraud prevention systems and transaction monitoring.
- A solid understanding of payment card fraud schemes.
- The ability to analyze large volumes of transaction data and identify anomalous activity.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
