At times, I feel demotivated. This is bad actually, when you feel broken, hopeless, emotionless and depressed. Some claim that it is difficult to overcome the state of being demotivated, depression kills you and you are no longer strong enough to withstand all challenges.
In this case, I always imagine my family. My parents, brothers, nephew, nieces, sisters-in-law. I always imagine the condition that would result if I give up. Sometimes it scares me. This fear motivates and inspires me to move forward. For me, family is the best source of motivation. The more I think about my family, the more I am motivated. My advice, always think about your family and let it be your inspiration.

1. Talk behind one's back - Orqasidan gapirmoq
Example: People will talk behind your back. Make sure to give them an Interesting topic.
2. How did you sleep?
If you slept well, you can say:
I slept like a baby.
If you didn't sleep well, you can say:
I had a rough night.
3. Have a knack for smth/V(ing) - Biror bir qobilyatga ega bo'lmoq
Example: My wife has a knack for cooking delicious meals 😅
4. Diligently - G'ayrat bilan, astoydil
Example: My students are making an effort to take an IELTS certificate diligently
