مهم كلش انه تعرفون كل وحدة من هذولي شنو تسبب Marginal plaque = gingivitis Supra-gingival + tooth associated sub gingival = calculus + root caries Tissue associated sub gingival = periodontitis

Primary cementum ما بيه خلايا و بيه sharpys fiber اهواية Secondary cemmentum بيه خلايا و بيه نسبة قليلة من sharyps fiber

Low concentration of CHX = act as bacteriostatic High concentration of CHX = act as bactericidal

هاي supra و إذا infra يكون vertical

إذا كالك Non metallic and give green discolouration تختار pencilinum و إذا كالك Metallic and give green discolouration تختار ال copper
