WHAT IS GROUNDING ● Making a direct connection with earth by physically being in contact with the ground is called as grounding ● You can ground in other ways by somehow having a conductive connection with earth which will be discussed in this thread ● To understand grounding, we must first establish a fact, that your body functions on current. Every movement you make is due to electric current. You eat food, which goes through metabolism and gets converted to energy through chemical reactions. This energy is what you ultimately use to power your movements. ● Earth is a vast reserve of electrons. It has unlimited electrons and is thus electrically charged.
