🇬🇧English “From occupational therapy, prevention and health psychology, my path has led me deeper into bodywork. Through Breathwork, Shake the Dust and Embodiment, I support people in reconnecting with their body and inner experience.” – Olivia Connected Breathwork is a conscious breathing practice that can support the release of physical and emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, and deepen body awareness. Olivia will guide you through this workshop in a safe and mindful space. There is nothing you need to achieve or change – simply notice what is present and follow your own pace. No previous experience is needed. ✦✦✦ ✨ GARTEN von EBEN im TRAUMTEMPO VII ✨ Sunday, 11 October 2026 | 14:00-23:30 | FLUCC Deck 14:00–16:00 | Workshop: Connected Breathwork with Olivia | Registration via presale 16:00–23:30 | Downtempo, Midtempo | Presale tickets & tickets at door ✦✦✦ Tickets: https://ticketfy.at/events/garten-von-eben-im-traumtempo-vii Presale: €10 Presale incl. workshop: €24 Door from 16:00: €15

🇬🇧 ENGLISH ...for a while, the path itself had been enough for Marius the snail. Summer had carried him far, along sun-warmed trails and through endless days whose hours seemed to dissolve into the drifting clouds above. He had glided through the scent of blooming meadows and let warm nights beneath a shimmering sky guide him through sound and smoke. But slowly, the changing of time began to make itself felt again. The shadows grew longer, and the lush green of the landscape began to gather its first golden edges. Here and there, a leaf broke free from the treetops and tumbled gently towards the ground, as if summer were leaving behind little memories of itself, one by one. By now, Marius knew this quiet dance of change well. And with it, somewhere between the whispering leaves and the last warm breaths of summer, a familiar feeling reached him for the first time in what seemed like ages. At first, it trembled ever so gently through his body. Then came a pulsing murmur, travelling across the landscape and echoing inside his shell, somewhere between longing and anticipation. He knew this rhythm. He followed it through a sea of rustling autumn glow, until the path widened before him. And there they were again. The wondrous creatures. From every direction, they seemed to be returning from journeys of their own, finding their way back to one another after a long summer apart. A gathering of dancing shadows — some familiar, others yet unknown. Marius smiled in joyful anticipation. No matter how far his journey might carry him, some paths he never had to search for. And as the first leaves danced towards the ground, Marius surrendered once more to the familiar current... ✦✦✦ ✨ GARTEN von EBEN im TRAUMTEMPO VII ✨ Sunday, 11 October 2026 | 14:00-23:30 | FLUCC Deck 14:00–16:00 | Workshop: Connected Breathwork with Olivia | Registration via presale ticket 16:00–23:30 | Downtempo, Midtempo & more | Presale tickets & tickets at the door We’re back and can hardly wait to transform the FLUCC Deck into a cosy Sunday hideaway for dancing and connecting once again. We’re especially happy to have Olivia opening the afternoon for the first time with her Connected Breathwork workshop, offering us a beautiful opportunity to arrive — both within ourselves and together. We’re also excited to welcome Sansea from Bit Mal Schritt behind the decks, while David Bowiedl joins Mood Shifter for a b2b, bringing some familiar reinforcement from the Unlock Me family. ✦✦✦ Lineup: Nugi (GvE) Flocker Lockig (GvE / Wundertüte) Sansea (Bit Mal Schritt) Mood Shifter b2b David Bowiedl (GvE / Unlock Me) marou (GvE) ✦✦✦ Workshop Info: We breathe every day — mostly without even noticing it. In Connected Breathwork, we consciously use the breath as a tool to reconnect more deeply with ourselves. Connected breathing can support the regulation of the nervous system, help release physical and emotional tension, and encourage a sense of inner calm and clarity. What to expect: • Arriving in the body • Introduction to Connected Breath • Guided Breathwork Journey • Reflection and integration ✦✦✦ For hungry dancers: 🌱🌮Of course, no Traumtempo would be complete without a little culinary journey beyond the music! As another special addition, we’re delighted to announce that from now on, we’ll regularly be joined by the wonderful team of GAIA KITCHEN from Praterstraße. They’ll be expanding our cake buffet with a selection of homemade, Middle Eastern-inspired dishes — freshly prepared, vegan and perfect for sharing. And the best part: just like our cakes, everything is available for a voluntary donation! This time, they’ll be treating us to: Fava bean & sesame falafel with tahini dip Bulgur couscous salad Za’atar hummus ✦✦✦ Tickets: Presale: €10 Presale incl. workshop: €24 Door from 16:00: €15 https://ticketfy.at/events/garten-von-eben-im-traumtempo-vii ✦✦✦ We can’t wait to dream together again for the first time this season! *artwork by Nugi* & *story by Mood Shifter*
