Revancify shows a lot of errors, But please if you msg about any error, either share the logfile, screenshot or screenrecord along with it. Messages like "Not working, help" or "It shows error, help" are not a good way to ask for help as these do not mean anything. Please understand

!! IMPORTANT INFO !! Its been very long since Termux is updated. But a very good dev come ahead and took Termux to another level by implementing Monet theme and regular maintenance of packages. Also, now the apk is reduced to 3 MB and bootstrap pkgs are installed when opened first, hence, better configuration. Also, all the packages come updated out of the box. There will be no Repository related errors as well. So, I recommend everyone to use Termux Monet. arm64-v8a version armeabi-v7a version > Device arch can be seen along the title of Revancify.

Beautiful Soup is a python module used for scraping web. Revancify also uses it. Then new version 4.9.0 changed a method and hence the code throw error while scraping the link. If anyone of you get errors like "Unable to download completely", just remove bs4 with this command pip uninstall bs4 and when you run revancify, the new version will be automatically installed. Do this only if you get errors, otherwise keep using it as it works.

Now, Revancify can be run without termux-setup-storage command. Revancify folder is now shifted to $HOME directory. Users who have the Revancify dir in $HOME/storage path will work as well. Also, there are two new args for revancify -t and -u along with -n [added way before] revancify -t => Troubleshoot (Delete and re-initialize the repo) revancify -u => Uninstall Revancify directory (Revancify folder in internal storage won't be deleted) revancify -n => Run Revancify as non-root on rooted device for apps like TikTok, Twitter, etc. (These app works in rooted as well) Happy patching 🙂🙂 Spread good words about revancify 😘😘

Definitely not as great as GUI, but touch works very well. I use Termux Monet, in which I have edited the termux.properties file to add ENTER and KeyBoard Lock. It makes it work just like UI. But It is definitely more resource efficient the UI. 👍👍

Before running revancify, please run this command rm ~/storage/Revancify/*patches.json It is needed, because now I have added the functionality to patch any app that is available on Apkmirror.

New update pushed 🤾‍♂️🎉 Changelog: 1) New patches.json file form 2) Better handling if apk not found on Apkmirror 3) Run as nonroot on rooted device [revancify -n] Note: All saved patches are deleted. You need to select patches again. To update: run revancify, edit patches and select any app. This will generate new patches file. Then you can use everything above mentioned

I just updated Revancify. Now, if you change sources, the previous resources won't be deleted. Thus, you can switch seamlessly. I have tested it many times, but I request everyone to check it once. * Fetch latest sources * Switch sources two or three times * Check if patches are saved always * try patching an app You can tag me to tell about any error you face, make sure you record a video, for better reference.

Hello everyone, I have added Twitch in Revancify. But you can't see it cause the apps are decided by sources.json file. So, if you want to use it, follow one of these 2 methods: Method 1 (simple) Change source to revanced, and fetch resources to latest. Then, run this command : rm ~/storage/Revancify/sources.json Method 2 (techy users only) edit the sources.json file and add "Twitch" to the apps array in revanced key. Make sure to use correct indent and format.

Today's commit in Revancify does a very beautiful thing. It kills the keyboard before opening the app after mount. So, the transition of app opening won't show that keyboard on splash screen.

Use this to access revancify faster. Command: alias r=revancify Then type r and press enter 🧠🧠

Hey guys, due to a lot of commits and their history, the size of revancify have gone upto 28 MB but in reality it is only about 2.4 MB So, I cleaned the git commit history today and that may give error to all of you. so, you have to run this command.

Just pushed an update to revancify. I refactored the code a lot. So, run revancify with internet, then exit it, then just go to Check resources and update your resources due to some change in file names. you may loose your saved patches, but this update worth this much effort. Also Python 11 is launched, so just do pkg update && pkg upgrade to update it. This python update can't overwrite because it is a major update, so you need to reinstall dependencies. Changelog: 1) Use requests in place of urllib for fetching. 2) Added crashlog feature, so you don't need to record video for the errors. 3) Some variables and file names changed ( needs you to fetch resources ). Removal and Fresh install suggested, not necessary BTW. Enjoy patching (>_<)
