For Immediate Release 17 June 2024. Tomorrow 18 June 2024, we will be going to Supreme Court to file Application for Costs on HSA re the Judicial Review. In our view, their director of Legal Department did not follow proper procedures when facing potential legal suits from us and did not get the AGC involved during the Pre-Action period. Of cos we will leave it for the judge to deliberate on this. I will share more tomorrow in my video about why the need to file for Application for Costs. But in the meantime anyone who wants to accompany us to file this tomorrow, meet at Supreme Court at 12pm, followed by another mini celebration.
