4	Important Clarification Regarding Passive Income Distribution Dear Members, We would like to clarify a small point regarding the Passive Income explanation in the PDF. Originally, Passive Income was designed with 100 portions, where 5-5 portions were distributed up to 20 levels. At that time, the value of each portion was approximately $0.10. However, during the opBNB relaunch, the distribution structure was optimized. Instead of 100 portions, the system was updated to 50 portions, which increased the value of each portion to approximately $0.20. As a result, the distribution was adjusted so that these portions are distributed 5-5 portions across 10 levels, rather than across 20 levels as mentioned in the older explanation. This was a technical optimization made during the relaunch to improve efficiency and system performance. The contract is already running according to the updated logic. The difference is only in the explanation section of the PDF, which was unintentionally not updated at that time. 5	Why was the 3X Limit added to Passive Income? Many members have asked why a 3X limit was applied to Passive Income. First of all, this is not a new change. The 3X limit has been part of the system since the very first day of the opBNB relaunch. It was already mentioned in the PDF and official plan documents. Some members may have overlooked this detail and therefore assumed it was added later, but that is not the case. The main reason for introducing the 3X limit was system stability, not income reduction. Passive Income works on a single-leg structure, which means the number of levels can grow indefinitely. As the network expands, the system must continuously check upline after upline to determine eligibility for distributions. For example, if the network grows to 1,000 IDs, the system may need to process up to 1,000 levels. As the network grows further, this checking process becomes even larger. This creates long loops in the blockchain logic, which can slow down activations and affect platform performance. In fact, when the project was first launched on BNB, one of the major technical issues we faced was caused by this unlimited checking process. After a certain number of activations, the system started experiencing performance problems because the contract was repeatedly checking unlimited levels. To solve this issue, the 3X limit was introduced. By doing so, the endless checking loop was effectively stopped, making the system significantly more stable and allowing activations to function properly. It is important to understand that this change was not made to reduce user earnings. In practice, even without the 3X condition, the Passive Income structure naturally tends to generate around 3X returns because distributions continuously move deeper into the network as new IDs are added. Most IDs would not realistically receive significantly more than that. Without the limit, some users might occasionally receive slightly more, such as 3.5X or in some cases close to 4X, but the difference would generally be small. The system naturally distributes funds deeper into the network rather than concentrating unlimited rewards at the top.
