Spaghetti al nero di seppia
(Toppings not included in the recipe, but my recommendation is just seafood!)
Ingredients
300g spaghetti al nero di seppia (here's which ones I used)
2 tbsp tomato passata
1 diced shallot
Olive oil
1 crushed big clove of garlic
1/4 cup white wine
Red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp squid ink
Squeeze of lemon juice (to taste)
Preparation
Cook the pasta to the instructions. Into a frying pan, add olive oil. Then, add the wine, pepper flakes, passata, shallot and garlic, cook until the wine is evaporated (3-4 minutes). Add the squid ink and the lemon juice, mix. Then, add the pasta from the pot into the pan, as well as a little pasta water. Mix together until the sauce is combined with the pasta, and serve with a basil leaf.
