What I realised after all these things and what I want you all to realise Aap kitna bhi mehnat krlo kitni bhi tension Lelo agr aapki health ke sath aapne majak Kiya lambe time tak to na aapki mehnat kisi kaam ki rhegi na tension I know very well pichle 1 saal me kis tarah mene bhut jyada stress liya hai raat raat bhar jag kr kis tarah notes banaye hai khane pine ki koi parwah nhi kri hai sab ignore krke bas is channel ko build kiya hai and Aaj jab sab acha hona chaiye tha to sab bura ho rha hai I know aapko lagega ham bas bolne ke liye badi badi baate bol rhe hai par mujhe sbse jyada bura bas isi baat ka lagrha hai ki meri is carelessness ka effect mere sath sath aap logo ko bhi jhelna pada I know atlast me aapko bhi notes mil hi Gaye aur logo ki videos bhi mil hi gayi but jo expectations aap logo ne mujhse build krli thi wo khi na khi .................

Ok imagine aapke paas kuch bhi nhi hai and aap ek channel start krte hai jo itna grow hota hai jiske liye aapne itna hard work Kiya ho jha aapke paas ek time 15000 rs ka bhi arrangement nhi ho aur ab aap ek thk thak amount ( at your level ) earn krrhe ho aapke bhut bade future goals ho itni supportive and loving Audience ho and iske baad bhi aap channel per 2-3 months se koi video upload nhi kr pa rhe ho ......... 😕 From last 6 months I am suffering from a chronic abdominal disorder that is IBS ( Irritable Bowel Syndrome ) I spent almost 70-80 thousand rupees in past few months on my treatment but got no relief Almost visited 8-10 reputated professional and well experienced gastroenterologist in Lucknow almost all test have been done including ct scan, endoscopy, ultrasound etc more than 1 time In the last 6 months there has not been a single day when I have spent the whole day peacefully without any pain and problem I am not able to sit on chair even for an hour and if I try to do so condition get more worst IBS : Ye ek aisi problem jo na kisi test me pata chalti hai na iske liye koi dawa bani hai isse aapko long term me koi major problem nhi hoti par aapki daily life barbaad ho jati hai aapko poore din ek discomfort sa mahsoos hota hai jiski wajah se aapka focus kisi aur kaam per nhi ho pata hai [ it's not a fatal ( life threatening / janlewa ) disease but even more worst than that ] the only solution to this problem is mental peace and a very strict life routine and currently I am following that , IBS is abdominal as well as psychological disorder Well abhi tak to koi releif nhi hai dekhte hai kya hota hai 😞
