At that time, the IP will automatically switch to a new one, and customers don't need to do anything. Some customers may encounter slow proxy issues. This is because during the switch to a new IP, the customer's device has a cache error, still accessing the old IP, causing slowness. The solution is simple, just exit the browser or app the customer is using, then reopen it, and it will recognize the new IP. There is a bulk BM block storm going on. As this time it's a BM block, a large number of accounts are affected. Please wait for the storm to pass, accounts will be replaced as soon as the storm ends.

FB server is down, some customers are complaining about slow loading, some customers are experiencing errors. "Sorry, this content isn't available right now" when accessing FB ads manager and BM. This is an issue from FB. Besides waiting for Facebook to fix it, there is no other way.

One common reason for account lock is "Risk Payment". Accounts locked for this reason are very difficult to recover because it is related to various factors such as payment card, advertising account, social account, tax issues, or anything that raises suspicion when making payments on Facebook.
