السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 💢الجهاز الحركي او الlocomoter طبعا كلنا سمعنا بالكورس دا وحسب السمعناهو انو كورس تقيل وضاغط واغلبو حفظ 🥲 _لي؟ نحفظ شنو؟ ودا شنو والكورس دا شنو زاتو 🤔 طيب انا اوريك 🌚🫱🏼‍🫲🏻✨ "الجهاز" الحركي طالما هو جهاز كامل متكامل يبقى نحن مفروض نعرف اي شي عن الجهاز دا و اي شي بخصو. _زي شنو؟؟ 👀 اولا : نعرف التركيب حق الجهاز ومكوناتو يعني حا نقرا anatomy وفي الAnatomy حا نقرا الSkelton كامل .. بعداك بنجي نقرا الmuscles نعرف مواضعها ( وهي بتعتمد على معرفتنا للSkelton لانو بعدين لمن نجي نوصف مكانها حا نوصف اذا هي كانت lateral او posterior لي bones محددة او بتعمل attachment مع bone ) نحفظ فيو اسماء العظام عظمة عظمة وكل عظمة نعرف اسم اي موضع فيها _طييب هل نحن حا نقعد نحفظ اسماء العظام دي فجأة كدا ومن طرف؟؟🥲💔 لا.. انما حا نقرا عن كل جزء في الجسم ونظبطو تمااام وبإذن الله كدا بنحفظو 😃👍 مثلا نقرا اول شي عن الupper limb ونحفظ كل اسماء العظام ونعرف الmuscles الموجودة هناك واسماءهم وانواع الحركات المفترض يحركوها _وكدا خلاص؟؟🤡🤝 لا لسة.. بعد عرفنا الmuscles والskeleton حا نعرف الblood supply والnerve supply يعني حا نعرف العضلات حا يجيها blood عن طريق اي شريان .. بالإضافة لي تفرعاتو والمناطق التانية الممكن يغذيها وبنفس الطريقة الnerve supply وتفرعاتهم وطبعا دا ما يتعلق بالanatomy 💁‍♂️ كدا عرفنا مكونات الجهاز حا نجي نعرف بشتغل كيف والالية حقت الحركة يعني حا نقرا physiology برضو نعرف الaction potential وكيف الmuscles بتعمل contraction و relaxation والmechanism حقت الAutonomic nervous system. وبعد عرفنا الphysiology عرفنا كيف الmechanism حقت الحركة تاني حا نقرا Biochemistry عشان نعرف ادوار بعض العناصر في تكوين العظام زي الكالسيوم والفسفور ونعرف الfibers الموجود في الmuscles ومكوناتو وعمليات الmetabolism حقتو وتاني كمان حا نعرف باقي عمليات الmetabolism البتحصل في الmuscles. وطبعا دي كل الحاجات النورمال... المرة دي حا نعرف "مشكلات" الجهاز الحركي الabnormalites سواء كانت pathologic او anatomic بنعرف كل الأمراض الممكن تأثر على الجهاز الحركي والmechanism حقت حدوثها واكتر الأمراض الممكن تصيبو يعني نحن كدا حا نقرا ال"pathology" عرفنا المرض بحصل كيف وكل الخطوات حقتو حا نعرف اذا كان في بعض الmicro organism ممكن تأثر لينا عليو زي شنو وخصائصها وكيف حا تسبب المرض يعني كمان حا نقرا "Microbiology" دي كل المواضيع المفروض نعرفها عن الكورس.. حا نكون عرفنا الجهاز الحركي من حيث مكوناتو وتركيبو ، الية العمل ، عمليات الmetabolism ، الpathology والpathogenesis, واخيرا الmicroorganism . 💁‍♂️✨ _طيب و العلاج؟🌚 دي مرحلة تانية وحا تلاقينا قدام إن شاء الله 😂🤝 أتمنى انو المقدمة تكون ظريفة وواضحة ووضحت كل الجوانب المهمة في الكورس وان شاء الله كل الناس تكون استفادت منها 🙏✨ #summary_squeezer_team #musculoskeletal_system
